Terms of Service

Unasystems provides an autonomous website and search-engine-optimization platform for local service businesses. We build and host your website and operate automated agents that research keywords, draft and publish content, monitor search performance, and — where you enable it — help manage your Google Business Profile. Features may change as we improve the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Paid features are offered on a subscription basis at the fees and billing cycle presented to you at signup. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future charges; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the business information, text, images, and other materials you provide ("Your Content"). You grant Unasystems a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, adapt, and publish Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service — including building, publishing, and optimizing your website and content on your behalf. You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate any law.

The Service uses automated agents and artificial intelligence to generate content, briefs, and pages on your behalf. While we build in quality and accuracy checks, automated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content published on your site and for its accuracy and its compliance with laws applicable to your business. You can edit or remove any content at any time through your dashboard.

Search rankings and traffic depend on many factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms and competition. We optimize your site using established best practices, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, lead, or revenue outcome.

You may connect third-party services such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile. When you do, you authorize us to access and act within the permissions you grant, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and you are responsible for maintaining the necessary rights and permissions. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose, or to publish content that is illegal, infringing, or misleading.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Use the Service to send spam or to violate any third party’s rights, including Google’s terms and policies.

The Service, including the platform, software, design, and our trademarks, is owned by Unasystems and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended. Your Content remains yours.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply. We handle your data on termination as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unasystems and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unasystems and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Unasystems regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on this subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
